She loved her visit to Chicago and was so impressed with her picture in OW’s chair. Her big word was wonderful, if you made good grades she would say sugar that is wonderful. If you took her out to eat and she said that is was wonderful that was a good thing. If you did not get that wonderful endorsement you fell short and you knew it. She told me that her visit to see Hayden and Apryl in Chicago was a wonderful trip-Love Dad

Hayden - the few times I met your Grandma, I know she was a fun person and very caring. I know you will miss her. Grandma Blake passed away April 18, so it is a bad year, where grandma’s are concerned.
We are lucky though. Not many of our peers have had close relationships with their grandparents.
Our thoughts are with you. Any information on the services?

Thank you, Brian. Services are today (5/12) in Sardis, MS, where my grandfather is buried.
I’m sure sorry to hear of the passing of your grandma. I have fond memories of her during my visit to Liberty. She had such a great smile. It was a joy talking to her, even if the moments were brief, as I was sick in bed most of my trip.
And yes, I agree. We are lucky to have had the time we did with these wonderful ladies.
