Lisa, Steph, and Adam Visit: 2008

In the middle of October, my sisters and brother-in-law visited us for a long weekend. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a cold spell while they were here. However, they weren’t deterred because they had brought their coats, hats, gloves, and a long list of things that they wanted to do.

Steph and Adam have gotten into doing 5Ks, so Lisa and I joined them (albeit at a slower pace) for the 21st annual Trick-or-Treat Trot. Notice that I am the only one of us who attempted any sort of costume.

Since we did the race and walked around so much downtown during their visit, we made sure to reward ourselves—not once, but twice—with some Giordano’s.

For more photos, go here. Thanks to Hayden for taking photos when he wasn’t working. I think that he was actually in some that Lisa and Steph took with their cameras.

Thanks again for having us. We had a wonderful time! Since we have done so many touristy things now, maybe we can do some stuff you guys want to do next time! As a thanks we would like to treat you to the restaurant of your choice next time you are here.

Did you end up eating Giordano’s every single night, Willie?

Checked out MemphisGhostHunters. It’s quite an extensive site. However, every time I try to check out the Ghost Webcam section, it freezes up Firefox. Spooky.

Still, what I could check out was quite interesting. The articles on why you should never trespass while investigating hauntings were rather persuasive.

    Thanks for the link!
